Gale will be sadly missed by our family. Marjorie was my mother and so happy that Gale was part of her life. He was a grandpa to both my grandchildren Emma and Liam, he was grandpa Gale. Such a wonderful and loving mom. I am so sad as we were on vacation when Gale passed and have been trying to get a hold of him since our return. We loved him dearly.

I met Gail when he worked in Fort St. James as an RCMP in the 60’s. His laughter came deep from within. Many fond memories. God speed my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Gale`s passing. Gale lived next door to us in Fort St James for many years when I was in my teens in the 60s. He was very good friends with my Mom & Dad, Mr. & Mrs. Dunning Hoff. Gale seemed to have a soft spot for Mom and they would often get laughing at the table and my Dad got such a kick out of the two of them together. My son, Sean and myself have kept in touch with Gale throughout his time in Victoria as Sean was working there then. He has been a wonderful friend to our family and I will miss him.
